Garage Sale Madness
Wow, time sure does fly by when you’re busy and I’ve been SUPER busy. I’ve been dedicating all of my free time to working on my new recording studio. I spent the last three weeks cleaning out my dad’s basement of all the junk that had accumulated over a span of 15 years. Lots and lots of junk!
Lauren helped me organize a garage sale this last weekend and it went way better than I had expected. The sale started at 8AM and we had people there at 7:45AM waiting for first dibs. It must have been because of our killer advertising. Lauren made a bunch of colorful signs and put them in all the right places. In addition to the signs we also put an ad in the local paper.
The majority of our Friday was spent corralling lines of mini-vans in and out of our cull-de-sac. The garage sale was a major success. It’s always awesome to witness your seemingly worthless junk transform into cash and open space!
