Yesterday my roommate was the recipient of a long overdue promotion at his work. However, since he’s on the atkins diet he’s unable to imbibe alcohol without ruining his diet. Soooo since I couldn’t buy him any drinks I sat long and hard and thought about what he could do to celebrate. After about 10 minutes I was hit with the perfect idea. A gigantic steak feast that would put all other steaks to shame. I drove to the local butcher shop and picked up the best signature steak that they had. It was a thing of beauty.
Although I didn’t taste the steak I was told by both Shizzy and my GF that it was the best steak that they’d ever consumed. According to my GF… I should regret not breaking my vegetarian ways to try this steak. Apparently I committed some sort of steak crime. She’s right though, I do regret it. It was a work of meat art.
