Spicy Kale & Bacon Salad

This is what’s for lunch at the moment. I rendered some bacon fat and added a sweet onion (roughly chopped). Once the onions became translucent I added a single bunch of kale. Once the kale began to cook down I added a single jalapeno (sliced), a single carrot (diced), portabella mushrooms (4 sliced), and a splash of water. I let it cook down and then it was chow time.
