I’ve been blogging for years, and doing it pro-bono because it’s something I enjoy doing. Until recently, I’d never given much thought as to whether or not my blogging hobby could become a source of income. I mean, I have read countless articles on the internet about people making a living being a writer but I never considered myself to be one of those people. I just figured that most professional bloggers had gone to school for journalism; Apparently I was was wrong.

I recently stumbled upon a site called PayPerPost.com which is a service that pays you to write blogs about whatever you enjoy writing about. Every day they post what they call “blog opportunities” which consist of a list of companies looking for people to write about certain things. You can pick and choose whatever you want to write about. So far I’m new to the site so I haven’t made much money but for writing this post I’ll be getting paid $20. I know you’re jealous.

So yeah, if you have a blog and are interested in making money while doing something that you’re already doing for free, you should sign up for PayPerPost (get paid to blog). The sign up process is painless and they don’t require you to get a physical. You don’t have to pay any money. Everything is 100% free (otherwise I wouldn’t be telling you about it). If you’re looking to make a few extra dollars a week it’s a good alternative to working in fast food. All you need is your own .com and a blog that people read. Simple.

I’m sure there are a few people out there that would consider this ’selling out’ but they’re not paying my bills.
