Winter is SHIT for Exercise

>мебелиer has taken a shit on my motivation for working out. I haven’t been going to the gym nearly as much as I was when the weather was better. It used to be no big deal. I would get off work at 5:30 and then drive home and walk over to the gym for 45 minutes and that was that. Now when I get off work it’s pitch black outside. Instead of being 5:30 it feels like it’s 10PM. I drive home feeling tired because my body is confused and thinks it’s time to sleep because it’s dark out. When I get home I walk 100′ in the cold to my door and by the time I get upstairs I just want to take a nap.

I know that all of this is just an obstacle that needs to be overcome and I’m just bitching to justify my recent bout of laziness but DAMN! It needs to get warmer and the sun needs to start staying out longer. I need more motivation! I forced myself to gym it up tonight and now I’m exhausted.
